GODZILLA: Attorney @ Law

Another pre-Photoshop strip (you can tell by the poor ratio aspects of the panels), this one was about the terrible events in Japan. I saw more than a few Godzilla jokes in the cartoons that touched on this tragedy. Most of them were cheap swipes and easy jokes. This was as much a response to those lazy cartoonists as it was about speaking honestly about the bizarre and often horrific history Japan has with nuclear energy. It remains one of the A@L ideas I am most proud of.

Gafunkle!

Gafunkle is a character from a short film I did a year back, as well as a PSA a few months ago. It has always been something that I really enjoyed. And I decided to use him for the inaugural comic of this new phase of the strip, as well as do it as a pseudo-motion comic.
